They may also feel ‘stuck’ and want to review their career options. We help you manage your career by identifying and assessing skills, experience, gaps; devising specific career action plans, selling yourself, planning how to deal with change, and maximizing opportunities. Benefits may include enhanced job satisfaction, improved marketability, greater salary (although this is not a first priority it is often a benefit), better positioning for take-up of future opportunities, and less risk where there is career uncertainty. Typical Coaching programs run for 12 hours of one-on-one career coaching with 2 hours of remote support.
