Outplacement programs provide career and job-search support to those leaving their employer through redundancy or settlement agreement. This program combines all the key elements of both the Job Search and Career Management programs plus additional coaching input (and unlimited email and telephone access) to deal with the suddenness of separation, anxiety about job security, uncertainty about the future and the personal impact of being made redundant. A typical Outplacement program provides 20 hours of one-on-one coaching with unlimited remote support for 6 months (this includes a 15 Page Evaluation Report plus feedback and other material). A longer Director Outplacement program is available with additional one-on-one coaching to reflect the particular career challenges of those working at very senior levels. Typically 30 hours of one-on-one career coaching with unlimited remote support for 12 months.
