Executive coaching is completely confidential and can start with input from a more senior manager, a performance or 360 review, engagement survey, or other input routinely delivered on a regular basis by or to your organisation. You can also take an executive appraisal/review through us, which provides practical, honest feedback, captured in a 30-page report with down-to-earth, realistic advice and workbook. Either way, the objectives of coaching is the same – to be a better leader.
Coaching is usually executed one-on-one in small blocks of time spread over several months. However programs are flexible and can be conducted on site and even in small groups. Costs vary depending on each program and can be fixed or time-based.
